Cancellation Policy
At Luna Dorada Wellness Studio, we do our best to keep booking simple, fair, and respectful of every guest, instructor, and practitioner. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, class credits, packages, memberships, private sessions, workshops, and refunds are handled.

Who This Policy Applies To
This Cancellation Policy applies to bookings, purchases, and appointments made with Luna Dorada Wellness Studio, including but not limited to yoga classes, Mat Pilates classes, Zumba and dance fitness classes, LaBlast, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, tarot readings, workshops, private sessions, online appointments, class packages, and memberships.
Luna Dorada Wellness Studio is located at 347 Belmont Ave, Haledon, NJ 07508. Some services may be offered in studio, online, or by appointment only.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
The preferred way to cancel or reschedule is through Customer Panel If you are unable to cancel through the booking system, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests are handled based on the time they are received by Luna Dorada Wellness Studio or recorded in the booking system.
Group Class Cancellations
Group classes include yoga, Mat Pilates, Zumba, LaBlast, dance fitness, breathwork, meditation, barre, sculpt, and other scheduled studio classes.
Standard Cancellation Window
To avoid a late cancellation, please cancel or reschedule your class at least 3 days before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations
A cancellation made after the cancellation window may be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations may result in no refunds.
No-Shows
If you reserve a spot and do not attend without cancelling in advance, your booking may be treated as a no-show. No-shows may result in no refunds.
Waitlists
If a class has a waitlist, cancelling early allows another guest to take your place. If you are added from a waitlist, your booking may become subject to the same cancellation and no-show rules as a regular class reservation.
Private Sessions and Online Appointments
Private sessions include Reiki, tarot readings, energetic cleansing consultations, online Reiki, online tarot, and other one-on-one appointments booked with Luna Dorada Wellness Studio or one of its practitioners.
Private sessions should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 3 days before the appointment time. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in no refunds.
For online appointments, please make sure you have a stable internet connection and access to the meeting link before your appointment time. If you are late or unable to join because of technical issues on your side, the appointment may still be treated as a late cancellation or no-show, unless Luna Dorada Wellness Studio approves otherwise.
Workshops, Events, and Special Programs
Workshops, circles, special events, transformation programs, guest teacher sessions, and limited-capacity offerings may have separate cancellation rules because they often require advance preparation, reserved space, materials, or practitioner time.
Unless a specific event page or written confirmation states otherwise, workshop and event cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to no refunds.
If a workshop or event is cancelled by Luna Dorada Wellness Studio, registered participants will receive a class credit, event credit, rescheduling option, or refund, depending on the nature of the event and applicable law.
Class Packages and Expiration Dates
Class packages are designed to support consistent practice. Package expiration periods begin on first visit date, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Yoga and Mat Pilates Packages
Yoga and Mat Pilates have identical pricing and policies, so eligible Yoga and Mat Pilates class credits may be mixed and matched. Whether you prefer yoga, Pilates, or a combination of both, you may use eligible credits for either class type, subject to availability and the package rules below.
- Drop-in class: valid for one eligible class.
- 3-Class Pack for new clients only: expiration period is 30 days.
- 5-Class Pack: must be used within 30 days.
- 10-Class Pack: must be used within 30 days.
- 15-Class Pack: must be used within 45 days.
- 20-Class Pack: must be used within 70 days.
Zumba Packages
- Drop-in class: valid for one eligible Zumba class.
- 5-Class Pack: must be used within 30 days.
- 10-Class Pack: must be used within 30 days.
- 15-Class Pack: must be used within 45 days.
- 20-Class Pack: must be used within 70 days.
Unused classes generally expire at the end of the applicable package period unless Luna Dorada Wellness Studio approves an extension in writing or an extension is required by applicable law.
Memberships
Monthly memberships and recurring plans are subject to the specific terms presented at checkout, in your membership agreement, or in your booking account.
The Zumba monthly membership includes 8 classes per month.
If your membership renews automatically, renewal, cancellation, pause, and termination details will be provided at checkout or in your membership agreement.
To request cancellation of a recurring membership, use customer panel or contact Luna Dorada Wellness Studio at [email protected]. Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date to help avoid the next charge.
Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchases for classes, packages, memberships, workshops, private sessions, and online appointments are generally non-refundable after purchase, except where required by applicable law or approved by Luna Dorada Wellness Studio in writing.
If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 days, although banks, card issuers, and payment processors may take additional time to post the refund.
Payment processing fees, booking fees, or third-party platform fees are handled as follows: If you paid online, Luna Dorada Wellness Studio is not going to refund platform commission and platform fee.
Studio Cancellations, Schedule Changes, and Instructor Substitutions
Luna Dorada Wellness Studio may occasionally cancel, reschedule, move online, or modify a class, appointment, workshop, or event because of instructor availability, low enrollment, weather, emergencies, facility issues, or circumstances outside our control.
If Luna Dorada Wellness Studio cancels a class or appointment, your class credit will not be deducted, or you will be offered a rescheduling option, credit, or refund where appropriate and where required by applicable law.
Instructor or practitioner substitutions may occur from time to time. A substitute instructor or practitioner does not automatically create a right to a refund unless required by applicable law or approved by Luna Dorada Wellness Studio in writing.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time so that your class or appointment can begin safely and respectfully. If you arrive late, entry may be limited depending on the class type, instructor discretion, safety considerations, or studio policy.
Late arrival may still be treated as an attended class, late cancellation, or no-show, depending on the circumstances and the applicable booking rules.
Medical, Emergency, and Personal Circumstances
We understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected circumstances happen. If you need support with a cancellation because of a medical issue, emergency, pregnancy-related concern, family emergency, relocation, or another serious circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible.
Accommodation requests are reviewed case by case and may require documentation. Approval is not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
New Jersey Consumer Rights
Luna Dorada Wellness Studio is located in New Jersey. Certain memberships, service agreements, or health club-related purchases may be subject to New Jersey consumer protection rules or other applicable laws. This Cancellation Policy is not intended to limit any cancellation, refund, or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel, request a refund, or receive other protection, Luna Dorada Wellness Studio will honor those rights. Important: This page is intended to explain studio booking and cancellation procedures. If your purchase includes a written membership agreement, package agreement, event registration, waiver, or checkout terms, those terms may also apply. If there is a conflict between this page and rights required by applicable law, applicable law will control.
Changes to This Cancellation Policy
Luna Dorada Wellness Studio may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your booking, purchase, or cancellation request will generally apply unless otherwise required by law.
