These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit wellnessdora.com, create or use a customer account, book a class or appointment, purchase a package or membership, attend an in-studio session, join an online appointment, or otherwise use our services.

1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Luna Dorada Wellness Studio. By accessing wellnessdora.com, creating an account, booking a class or appointment, purchasing a package or membership, attending a studio session, joining an online appointment, or using any Luna Dorada service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website, book services, purchase packages or memberships, or attend sessions.
Additional terms may also apply to specific purchases, memberships, packages, workshops, private sessions, online appointments, waivers, consent forms, event registrations, checkout pages, or written agreements. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a written agreement or law that specifically applies to your purchase, the more specific agreement or applicable law will control.
2. Who We Are
Luna Dorada Wellness Studio is a wellness studio located in Haledon, New Jersey. We offer movement, fitness, mindfulness, energetic, spiritual, and private session services, including yoga, Mat Pilates, barre and sculpt, Zumba, LaBlast, dance fitness, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, tarot readings, workshops, private sessions, and online appointments.
For purposes of these Terms, “Luna Dorada,” “Luna Dorada Wellness Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us” means Luna Dorada Wellness Studio and wellnessdora.com.

3. Services Covered by These Terms
These Terms apply to all services offered by Luna Dorada Wellness Studio, including in-studio services, online services, private sessions, group classes, workshops, events, memberships, class packages, customer accounts, and website use.
Services may include:
- Yoga classes and related movement practices.
- Mat Pilates and other Pilates-based sessions.
- Barre, sculpt, strength, mobility, and low-impact movement classes.
- Zumba, LaBlast, dance fitness, and cardio movement classes.
- Breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation sessions.
- Reiki, tarot, energetic cleansing, spiritual guidance, and private one-on-one sessions.
- Online Reiki, online tarot, and other virtual appointments.
- Workshops, women’s transformation programs, group circles, and special events.
- Packages, memberships, passes, promotional offers, and other studio purchases.
We may add, change, pause, reschedule, discontinue, or modify services at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement that applies to your purchase.
4. Customer Accounts and Customer Panel
You may be required to create or use a customer account to book services, purchase packages, manage memberships, view appointments, manage cancellations, or submit refund-related requests.
The customer panel is available at /my-profile. Where supported by the system, you may use your customer panel to manage:
- Your customer profile and contact information.
- Bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
- Class packages, memberships, and available credits.
- Purchase history, appointment history, and account activity.
- Refund-related requests and customer support requests.
- Online subscription or membership cancellation requests where applicable.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Using the customer panel to submit a cancellation, refund, or membership request does not automatically guarantee approval. Requests are reviewed under these Terms, our Cancellation Policy, the applicable purchase terms, and applicable law.
5. Eligibility, Age, and Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make a purchase, sign a waiver, or enter into a membership or service agreement on your own behalf.
Minors may participate only with parent or legal guardian approval, and additional consent forms, waivers, or supervision may be required. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for the minor’s participation, bookings, purchases, account activity, conduct, and compliance with these Terms.
6. Booking Classes and Appointments
Bookings are subject to availability, instructor or practitioner availability, class capacity, studio schedule, payment status, and any service-specific requirements.
You are responsible for reviewing the class type, date, time, location, service description, package eligibility, cancellation policy, and any preparation instructions before booking.
A booking is confirmed only when it is recorded by our booking system or confirmed by Luna Dorada Wellness Studio. We may refuse, cancel, or modify a booking where necessary because of scheduling errors, payment issues, safety concerns, capacity limits, policy violations, or circumstances outside our control.
7. Attendance, Late Arrival, and Waitlists
Please arrive on time and prepared for your class or appointment. Late arrival may affect your ability to join a class or receive the full appointment time.
For safety and respect for other guests, instructors, and practitioners, Luna Dorada may limit entry after a class has started. If you arrive late and cannot join, your booking may still be treated as attended, late-cancelled, or missed, depending on the circumstances and applicable policy.
If a class has a waitlist, your spot may be released to another guest if you do not arrive on time. Waitlist confirmations may become subject to the same cancellation and no-show rules as regular bookings.
8. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Classes, appointments, and private sessions should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 3 days before the scheduled start time.
The preferred way to cancel or reschedule is through your customer panel at /my-profile. If the customer panel is unavailable or does not support the action you need, please contact us promptly by email or phone.

A cancellation made less than 3 days before the scheduled start time may be treated as a late cancellation. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of the class credit, appointment credit, package credit, or payment associated with the booking, unless Luna Dorada Wellness Studio approves otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.
For the full cancellation and refund procedure, please review our Cancellation Policy. If there is a conflict between this section and rights required by applicable law, applicable law will control.
9. Packages, Class Credits, and Expiration
Packages and class credits are designed for personal use and consistent practice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, class credits are not cash, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred, resold, or shared without written approval from Luna Dorada Wellness Studio.
Yoga and Mat Pilates
Yoga and Mat Pilates follow the same package policy. Eligible Yoga and Mat Pilates credits may be mixed and matched, so you may use eligible credits for yoga, Pilates, or a combination of both, subject to schedule availability and the package rules that apply to your purchase.
- Drop-in classes are valid for one eligible class.
- The 3-Class Pack is for new clients only, unless Luna Dorada approves otherwise.
- 5-Class and 10-Class Packs must be used within 30 days.
- 15-Class Packs must be used within 45 days.
- 20-Class Packs must be used within 70 days.
Zumba
Zumba credits and packages may be used for eligible Zumba classes, subject to availability and the package rules that apply to your purchase.
- Drop-in classes are valid for one eligible Zumba class.
- The Zumba monthly membership includes 8 classes per month.
- 5-Class and 10-Class Packs must be used within 30 days.
- 15-Class Packs must be used within 45 days.
- 20-Class Packs must be used within 70 days.
Other Services and Packages
Barre, sculpt, LaBlast, private sessions, Reiki, tarot, workshops, online appointments, and special programs may have separate pricing, package rules, expiration dates, and booking requirements. The terms shown at checkout, on the relevant service page, in your customer panel, or in a written confirmation will apply.
Expired credits generally cannot be used after the expiration date unless Luna Dorada Wellness Studio approves an extension in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Memberships and Recurring Plans
Memberships and recurring plans are subject to the terms shown at checkout, in your customer panel, in your membership confirmation, or in any written membership agreement.
If a membership renews automatically, the renewal terms, billing frequency, price, included classes, cancellation procedure, and any notice requirements will be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable membership terms.
You may manage membership-related requests through /my-profile where available. If your membership was purchased online and applicable law requires online termination, Luna Dorada Wellness Studio will provide an online option to initiate termination through the customer panel or another clear and accessible online method.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, unused monthly membership classes do not roll over after the membership month ends. Membership benefits, pricing, and included services may change, but changes will not reduce rights you already have under applicable law.
11. Prices, Payments, and Billing
Prices are listed on the website, booking system, checkout page, customer panel, service page, or other written communication from Luna Dorada Wellness Studio. Prices may vary by service, package, membership, promotion, instructor, practitioner, class type, or event.
The price displayed at checkout or confirmed in writing at the time of purchase controls, unless there is an obvious error or applicable law requires a different result.
Payment may be required at the time of booking or purchase. We may use third-party payment processors to process payments, refunds, chargebacks, and transaction records. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to keep your payment information current for any recurring plan or membership.
If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or cannot be processed, Luna Dorada may suspend access to bookings, memberships, credits, or services until the issue is resolved, subject to applicable law.
12. Refunds and Refund Requests
Refund requests may be submitted through the customer panel at /my-profile where available, or by contacting us at [email protected].
Purchases for classes, packages, memberships, private sessions, online appointments, workshops, and events are generally non-refundable after purchase unless a refund is required by applicable law, provided in the relevant purchase terms, stated in our Cancellation Policy, or approved by Luna Dorada Wellness Studio in writing.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Payment processors, banks, and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
Refunds, credits, extensions, and rescheduling requests are reviewed case by case. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
13. New Jersey Consumer and Health Club Rights
Luna Dorada Wellness Studio is located in New Jersey. Certain purchases, packages, memberships, subscriptions, or agreements may be considered health club services or may otherwise be subject to New Jersey consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, disclosure, online termination, or consumer rights you may have under New Jersey law or other applicable law.
Where applicable law gives you the right to cancel a health club services contract within a required cooling-off period, because of death or permanent disability, because of a qualifying relocation, because of a facility closure, because of online subscription termination rights, or for another legally protected reason, Luna Dorada Wellness Studio will honor those rights.

14. Wellness, Fitness, and Medical Disclaimer
Luna Dorada Wellness Studio provides wellness, movement, fitness, mindfulness, energetic, spiritual, reflective, and educational services. We do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, emergency care, legal advice, financial advice, or any licensed professional service unless expressly stated in writing by a properly licensed professional acting within the scope of that license.
Yoga, Pilates, barre, sculpt, Zumba, LaBlast, dance fitness, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, tarot, energetic cleansing, workshops, and online appointments are not substitutes for medical care, mental health treatment, physical therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services.
If you have a medical condition, injury, chronic pain, pregnancy-related concern, postnatal condition, mobility limitation, heart condition, respiratory condition, mental health concern, or any other health issue, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, faintness, emotional distress, or any unusual symptoms during a class or session, stop immediately and seek appropriate help.
15. Reiki, Tarot, Spiritual, and Energetic Services Disclaimer
Reiki, tarot, energetic cleansing, spiritual guidance, intuitive work, personal transformation workshops, and similar services are provided for wellness, relaxation, reflection, personal insight, spiritual exploration, and educational purposes.
These services do not guarantee a specific outcome and should not be used as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations after any session.
Tarot readings and spiritual guidance are reflective and interpretive in nature. They are not predictions, guarantees, professional advice, or instructions to take or avoid any specific legal, medical, financial, relational, or life action.
16. Assumption of Risk
Movement, fitness, breathwork, dance, yoga, Pilates, barre, sculpt, meditation, Reiki, and other wellness services may involve physical, emotional, energetic, or psychological risks. These risks may include soreness, discomfort, injury, emotional release, fatigue, dizziness, or other unexpected reactions.
By participating in any Luna Dorada service, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and that you are responsible for listening to your body, communicating limitations, modifying movements when needed, and stopping if something feels unsafe.
You may be required to sign a separate waiver, release, health intake form, consent form, or participation agreement before attending certain services. Refusal to complete a required form may result in cancellation of your booking.
17. Studio Conduct and Safety Rules
Luna Dorada Wellness Studio is intended to be a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment. You agree to:
- Treat staff, instructors, practitioners, and other guests with respect.
- Follow reasonable safety instructions from instructors, practitioners, and studio staff.
- Use equipment, mats, props, and studio space responsibly.
- Arrive clean, prepared, and appropriately dressed for the service.
- Avoid disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
- Keep phones silenced during classes and private sessions unless needed for safety or accessibility.
- Respect the privacy and personal space of other guests.
- Inform us of relevant limitations, injuries, allergies, or accessibility needs before participating.
Luna Dorada Wellness Studio may refuse service, cancel bookings, suspend accounts, or remove a person from the studio if we reasonably believe the person violates these Terms, creates a safety concern, disrupts the experience of others, or acts in a way that is inappropriate for the studio environment.
18. Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your personal belongings while visiting the studio. Luna Dorada Wellness Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal items, except where required by law.
19. Online Appointments and Virtual Services
Online appointments may be provided through third-party video, messaging, or communication platforms. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and a private environment for your session.
If you are late, cannot connect, or experience technical issues on your side, the appointment may still be treated as missed, late-cancelled, or completed, unless Luna Dorada Wellness Studio approves otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.
You may not record, photograph, screenshot, livestream, or share an online or in-person session without prior written consent from Luna Dorada Wellness Studio and any other person involved.
20. Workshops, Events, and Special Programs
Workshops, circles, guest teacher events, transformation programs, private events, and special programs may have separate registration requirements, cancellation rules, refund rules, age requirements, materials, preparation instructions, and participation guidelines.
If a workshop or event has separate terms, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms. If Luna Dorada cancels an event, we may offer a rescheduling option, credit, or refund where appropriate and where required by law.
21. Gift Cards, Promotions, and Discounts
Gift cards, promotional offers, discounts, coupons, and special pricing are subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase or promotion. Promotions may be limited by date, service type, customer type, package type, membership type, or availability.
Promotional offers may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Promotions have no cash value and may not be transferred, resold, or applied retroactively unless Luna Dorada Wellness Studio approves otherwise in writing.
22. Communications
By creating an account, booking a service, making a purchase, or contacting us, you agree that we may contact you about transactional and operational matters, including booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, cancellations, account issues, payments, refund requests, policy updates, and customer support.
We may also send marketing communications where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-marketing messages related to your account, bookings, payments, safety, policies, or legal matters.

You may use wellnessdora.com for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about Luna Dorada Wellness Studio, booking services, managing your account, purchasing packages or memberships, and contacting us.

- Interfere with website security, functionality, booking systems, payment systems, or customer accounts.

Results vary based on individual circumstances, consistency, health status, participation, lifestyle, and other factors. No service at Luna Dorada Wellness Studio guarantees a specific physical, emotional, spiritual, medical, financial, legal, or personal outcome.
27. Third-Party Services and Links
We may use third-party providers for booking, payments, customer accounts, communications, analytics, email, SMS, video appointments, maps, social media, and website hosting. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, security practices, and availability.
Luna Dorada Wellness Studio is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, services, delays, outages, security incidents, payment processor actions, or content, except where required by law.
28. Changes to Services, Prices, and Schedule
Luna Dorada Wellness Studio may change instructors, practitioners, schedules, class types, prices, packages, memberships, service descriptions, policies, operating hours, and availability from time to time.
We may cancel, reschedule, move online, substitute an instructor or practitioner, or modify a class, appointment, workshop, or event because of weather, emergencies, illness, low enrollment, safety concerns, facility issues, staff availability, or circumstances outside our control.
If Luna Dorada cancels a class or appointment, your credit will generally not be deducted, or you will be offered a rescheduling option, credit, or refund where appropriate and where required by law.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna Dorada Wellness Studio and its owners, staff, instructors, practitioners, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the website, bookings, services, packages, memberships, classes, appointments, workshops, online sessions, or studio participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase or service will not exceed the amount you paid to Luna Dorada Wellness Studio for the specific purchase or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
30. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luna Dorada Wellness Studio and its owners, staff, instructors, practitioners, contractors, service providers, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, inaccurate information, unsafe conduct, unauthorized use of another person’s account, or violation of another person’s rights.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website, customer account, bookings, packages, memberships, or services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
33. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
